Tarot Garden Gallery will have their own article, 2 page color layout in this great new magazine under the name The Empress' Gallery. All artwork copyright is retained by individual artists. Printing in Tarot World Magazine is non exclusive. If you are already working with a publisher (ex. Llewlyn, U.S. Games) you must recieve release from the publishing house in order for your work to be published in the magazine.

Patricia was born in New York City, grew up in Switzerland and South Africa, has lived in Malaysia, the Netherlands, Germany and since the past 8 weeks Hungary. She has no formal art education but always interested in art. As a child her favourite gifts were paper and colour pencils or chalks. She really got into art about 3 years ago and mainly chooses digital art, photography and will also enjoy traditional art.Apart from art she is very much into music and psychology, especially the psychology of C.J. Jung, her great idol, his book Der Mensch und seine Symbole (Man and his symbols) and also his use of the tarot cards which have gotten her fascinated with tarot and symbolism

Henry who is 26 years old has read tarot since he was a teenager, and had long been interested in creating his own deck. The Karacol Tarot was born in a fit of inspiration after a six months living and meditating in Spain. The deck takes its name from the Spanish word caracol. It refers to spirals, swirling motion and a triple-spiral staircase in Santiago de la Compostela -- things he loves and a place where he drew much inspiration. The art interprets tarot archetypes in a personal way, which essentially makes the deck a private diary accessible to everyone. Creating the deck has been and continues to be a rewarding journey. His goal is to find out where the journey leads and create a deck that hopefully will provide others great readings and inspiration.

Elly regularly will do readings both for herself and for close friends, but she explains to people beforehand that she is not a medium. Her belief is that the archetypal images of the cards will allow your subconscious to communicate solutions to problems that it has already worked out, but that your conscious mind is still struggling with. For many years she has harbored the secret ambition to design and draw her own deck, and finally has plucked up the courage to do so.

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
Jose is 25 years old and is a Veterinarian student. He has drawn since he was five years old. He started his project of the Major Arcana with a single pencil sketch of The Justice card and then began drawing with colors a few month after. His main inspirations come from illustrations of Warhammer and Lius Royo.

Heidi has played with Paint Shop Pro since the year 2003 but it was only in the year 2004 that she started to create photomanipulations and digital paintings and that this hobby became a passion.The Mystic Dream tarot will be available in September 2008 and it will be published by Lewellyn Worldwide Publishing. They contacted her and requested for her to be published. Full permission for this publication has been granted for Tarot World Magazine by Lewellyn to Heidi Darras.

Location: USA
Vijay is a senior in high school, and plans on studying at George Mason University. When he was young, he found a set of tarot cards that belonged to his sister. He studied the Tarot for a little before he left it in elementary school. Years, later, he came back and read about the cards and what they meant before he purchased his own first deck, the Mythic Tarot. Ever since, he managed to secure the Thoth, Haindl, Elemental, Cachet, Celestial, and Archeon decks, and his latest deck acquisition was the Lo Scarabeo hybrid deck. He still study Tarot often, and will sometimes do self-readings.
